Young Eagles

Randy Dunham has flown 378 Young Eagles.

EAA's goal is to give 1,000,000 young people a chance to fly by the 100th anniversary of flight on December 17 of this year! Nearly 900,000 kids world wide have flown already. We are a local Chapter based in Waterloo, Iowa and have been active in the Young Eagles Program since it was launched by EAA in 1992. Chapter 227 pilots volunteer their time and aircraft to participate as Young Eagle Flight Leaders and have flown over 2500 youngsters.

Mike Lewis has flown 302 Young Eagles.
